HEADQUARTERS STAFF

Frank Brown, Esq., is the Executive Director of Oasis Community Corporation.

Frank’s personal experiences growing up in Charleston, South Carolina and his experiences from his professional life working in the United States Senate and as a senior manager at a large New York City nonprofit shaped his passion and deepen his commitment to effectively advocate on behalf of our city’s most precious asset: the children. He is known throughout New York City’s public and private sectors as a capable and effective leader, and Oasis offers him a unique platform to continue his commitment to public service.

Frank’s goal is to make Oasis Community Corporation the very best after-school provider in New York City and to expand this vital service to more children and families in New York City.
