We hope you had an enjoyable school year with Oasis, and we look forward to working with you again for next fall.
To all returning staff for next year, the following items must be completed prior to you starting employment with Oasis in the fall of 2010:
1. Up to date medical (TB results and a physical)
2. Three references
3. returned SCR
4. fingerprint receipt
5. Resume
6. Criminal history review form
Please give yourself enough time over the summer to retrieve any missing items from your file.
If you don’t know what is missing, please give LaChrisa a call at 646-213-4211 a call or via email at lachrisa@oasiskids.org. This will be a mandatory practice going forward, there will be no exceptions. Thank you for your cooperation and have a great summer!
